Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of staceyforsey.co.uk and to any booking or purchase you make with The Longevity Table (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices and product details are accurate; if an error is discovered we will contact you before fulfilling your order. A booking or purchase is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.

Events, dietary requirements and allergens

Our events involve food prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and shellfish. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements at least 72 hours before your event so we can do our best to accommodate you. Attendance is at your own discretion and responsibility.

Digital content and intellectual property

Recipes, guides, photography, and all written and visual content on this site are the intellectual property of Stacey Forsey and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Digital products may not be copied, shared, resold or redistributed without written permission.

Conduct at events

We ask all guests to treat fellow guests, staff and the venue with respect. We reserve the right to decline service or ask a guest to leave, without refund, in cases of unreasonable or unsafe behaviour.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
