Refund policy
We want you to be delighted with your experience at The Longevity Table. Because we offer two very different kinds of purchase — in-person events with strictly limited places, and digital products delivered instantly — our terms differ for each. Please read the section relevant to your order.
Event bookings (lunches, Yoga & Breakfast, retreats)
Our gatherings are intentionally small, with only a handful of seats at each table. When you book, we reserve your place and turn others away, so our cancellation terms reflect this.
- More than 14 days before the event: full refund, less any payment-processing fee.
- 7 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund, or transfer your place to a future date or another guest at no charge.
- Less than 7 days before the event: we are unable to offer a refund, but you are welcome to send someone in your place — just let us know their name in advance.
If we ever have to cancel or reschedule an event ourselves, you will be offered a full refund or a place at the next available date, whichever you prefer.
Under UK consumer law, bookings for events on a specific date are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right, so the terms above apply instead.
Digital products (recipe book, guides)
Digital items are delivered to you immediately by download or email link. By completing your purchase you agree to this immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the download has been accessed, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies.
If a file fails to download, arrives corrupted, or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days and we will put it right or issue a full refund.
