Bodrum has been part of my life for over 35 years, a place that has always felt like home. Now, I'm opening my doors for small, intimate retreats where you'll experience Bodrum with me and spend time reconnecting with yourself.

Deep restoration, supported by a blend of nature and movement. Anti-inflammatory, whole-food-led meals with dietary flexibility, and long-table Mediterranean dinners. You'll stay at my home (or its sister boutique hotel right next door), both nestled in pine forest by the sea, surrounded by the Aegean and time. By invitation from the waitlist.

Blue Zone inspired retreat

Immerse yourself in nature, bare feet on the beach, sunshine on your skin and swimming in the magnesium-rich sea.

Built on Blue Zone principles: the way people live longest, healthiest lives. Mediterranean eating, daily movement in nature, sea air, real food, time together at the table.

  • Mediterranean-inspired, long-table dining made with fresh, whole ingredients
  • Morning breathwork, movement, stretch and yoga to awaken and restore the body
  • Blue Zone-inspired hikes through nature and coastal trails
  • Practical wellness workshops: nutrition, biohacking, lifestyle habits that really work

The nutrition and lifestyle sessions are led by me, shaped by my own recovery and my ongoing studies in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Three small windows across the year. Waitlist guests are contacted first as dates are confirmed.

A typical day.

Day-by-day plans are shaped around the group, the weather, and the season. This is the shape most days take.

  1. Morning

    Yoga, breakfast, tea or coffee. A gentle start outside, followed by a healthy Mediterranean breakfast at the house with tea or coffee.

  2. Late morning

    Hike and sea swim. A Blue Zone-inspired walk through the pine forest down to the Aegean. We swim, we float, we come back hungry.

  3. Lunch

    A light buffet at the house. Cooked by our local village cook from what's at the market that morning.

  4. Afternoon

    Free time. Read, sleep, swim again, or sit. Optional one-to-one reset workshops with Stacey.

  5. Evening

    Dinner together. Long table, Mediterranean menu, and the good kind of slow.
