My life hasn't followed a straight line. It's been shaped by travel, hard lessons, long recoveries and a lot of self-education.

I first went to Bodrum in 1991, and over the last 35 years it has been a constant in my life. I lived there for six consecutive years in the 1990s, learned basic Turkish, and built long-standing relationships. Today, I have a home that is by the sea and surrounded by natural forestry. It’s the perfect place, that has the space and conditions I need to feel well.

Many people know me from ITV's The Real Housewives of Cheshire, but my journey into health and wellness began long before it became visible. Over the last six years, my own health challenges (including mould illness, Lyme disease, parasites, perimenopause, ADHD, and mental health struggles) forced me to slow down and take responsibility for my wellbeing.

Healing didn't come from a single pill or a quick fix. It came from changing how I lived.

The UK medical system struggled to connect the dots, so I had to take responsibility myself. I sought out functional medicine doctors, naturopathic nutritionists and spent years researching, reading and learning.

What worked was changing how I lived by: eating clean, reducing alcohol, supporting my body with the right supplements, prioritising sleep, movement and sunlight. I started making these changes while I was still on television.

Inspired by that experience, my family and I moved to a small farm in the Cheshire countryside. We grow organic vegetables, keep bees and chickens and live closer to how food is meant to be produced.

My philosophy
The Longevity Table is the fusion of two worlds: olde-world wisdoms, traditions and artisan crafts, with a slick contemporary edge.

The Longevity Table is a new, unique concept I created from a desire to offer a small and inviting space to enjoy homemade, nourishing and completely unprocessed foods.

To deepen this path, I'm currently studying Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. It's formalising what I've learned through years of healing my own body.

I believe healing is possible. I believe in food as medicine, sunlight as therapy, and community as nourishment. When we change how we live, everything else can change too.
