Shipping policy

The Longevity Table does not post any physical items — everything we offer is delivered either digitally or experienced in person.

• Digital products (recipe book, guides) are delivered immediately after purchase by download link and email. If your link does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
• Event bookings are confirmed by email. Your confirmation contains the date, time and venue details for your gathering, which you attend in person.
