Contract of Sale

We must receive payment in whole for the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to the same email address used when placing the order. This is not an order acceptance by Art SF Limited. Our acceptance of your order takes place on the despatch of products you have ordered or unless we notify you that we don’t accept your order, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the “Cancellation of contract” section.


Every effort has been made to provide accurate information relating to the products featured on this website. Please note however that the colour of products as represented on this website can differ visually online to that in real life due to photographic and online publishing processes and the calibration of individual viewing devices over which we have no control. All product dimensions and weights provided are approximate. If you require any further product information please contact us using .


The prices payable for the items that you order are set out on our website. All of the prices quoted are in British Pounds sterling (GBP). You will be billed in GBP and if you purchase from outside the United Kingdom, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed by your card provider. Please note that the prices quoted in any printed publications are correct at the time of publication and we reserve the right to amend these without prior notification.

Delivery Information

Please note that delivery is only currently available to the UK mainland. For International shipping enquiries please contact us using .Once you have successfully placed your order we always aim to despatch your items to you as quickly as possible but please note that products sold on this website are not all stored at the same location and may be delivered by separate delivery companies based on product size and weight. Subsequently you may receive your order in more than one package in separate deliveries and at different times. However you will only be charged the relevant delivery charge once per order. Please refer to the Delivery charges section for current rates.

Cancellation of Contract

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us before you receive your “despatch email”, using quoting your order confirmation number. If your order has not been despatched we will refund your order within 5 working days. Please note that once your order has been despatched we are unable to recall your delivery. In this situation please follow our returns policy. Please note that we can only refund the payment card that was used to make the online purchase.


As a UK resident you have the right to cancel goods and services that you have purchased online under a ‘cooling off period’ of 7 working days as per the consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000. Art SF Ltd respect consumer rights and operate with integrity under these regulations.

Art SF Ltd will always endeavour to:

  • Provide clear information relating to all products sold on this website

  • Provide written confirmation to you via email confirming any purchases you make on this website

  • Deliver products as described on the website that are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose

  • Operate a fair cancellation and returns policy as outlined below

If you would like to return a product you have ordered on this website you will need to notify us in writing by emailing within 7 working days of receipt of your order. To qualify for a full refund items returned need to be unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Please note that we cannot provide you with a refund for products that have been damaged whilst in your care. On receipt of your email we will reply to you within 3 working days confirming your return request and will provide you with the postal address of where to send the items you wish to return. Please note that we will not cover the delivery cost for any products you wish to return unless they were damaged in transit before they came under your care. If any products are delivered to you in a damaged condition please notify us immediately by emailing so that we can arrange a replacement for you. In this instance we will cover the cost of the return and the additional charge for a replacement product to be delivered to you. Once we have received your return we will email you to acknowledge receipt and will confirm if a refund is applicable depending on the condition of the product returned. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date we receive your returned goods. Please note that we can only refund the payment card that was used to make the initial purchase.

Returns for Limited Edition Prints

Unfortunately due to the type of product we can NOT offer a refund on prints. Your print will be made to order and will be one of a limited edition. Any enquires please email


If you do not receive the goods within 10 working days, from the date on which you ordered them (unless you have been previously advised of a delay), we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability unless you email us within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

If you notify us of a problem as described above our obligation to you will be either:

To make good any shortage or non-delivery; or to replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund you the amount paid for the goods in question, whichever we choose or relevant.

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation, other than to refund you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as stated above.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislations, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or any other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any personal injury resulting from our negligence.


If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Governing Law

Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within the United Kingdom and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions, or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. We make no representation or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on our website. From time to time our site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.

Events beyond our control

We will not be in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Our rights

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such a change shall be deemed as your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change then you must immediately stop using the website.
